Cookie Policy

1. Summary

ÉireStack does not use advertising, retargeting, social-media pixels, or other non-essential cookies on public pages. We use Plausible for cookieless, aggregate website statistics only when analytics is enabled. No cookie banner is shown while this remains the case.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

Public visitors can browse the site without an account. A secure, HTTP-only session cookie is set only when an authorised user signs in to the private admin desk. It is necessary to keep that signed-in session secure and is not used for advertising or visitor profiling.

3. Cookieless analytics

When enabled, Plausible receives limited page-view information such as the page URL, referrer, browser category, device category and country. It does not set a persistent analytics cookie or create an advertising profile. Admin pages, private quote links and billing return pages are excluded from this measurement.

4. Changes to tracking

If ÉireStack adds non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent before those technologies are placed or used.
