How it works

A short route from first conversation to a live site.

01

Scope

Agree the pages, customer actions, content and any required integrations before work begins.

02

Build

Turn the approved direction into a responsive website and review it together as it takes shape.

03

Approve

Refine the agreed scope, check forms and payments, then approve the finished website.

04

Launch or handover

Pay the final balance before the site goes live or its files are handed over to you.

Website terms

Clear payment and handover terms.

Website projects are paid 50% to begin and 50% after final approval, before launch or handover. Reasonable refinements within the agreed scope are included. New pages, features or changes in direction are priced and approved before work begins.

No VAT is currently charged. Once the final balance is paid, you own the completed website and can move it to another host. Ongoing hosting and support from ÉireStack are optional.

Third-party domains, subscriptions, payment providers, fonts, plugins and licensed assets remain subject to their provider terms and charges.

Website FAQs

Questions before you start.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, your domain, security, backups, uptime monitoring, and small content changes - swapping a photo, updating your hours, adding a service. Your site stays live and looked after without you touching a thing. The One Page package has no monthly fee. Business is €20/month and Commerce & Booking is €40/month.

How long does a website take?

Most small business sites are live within 14 days once I have your content. Custom builds are scoped individually - usually 3-5 weeks. Either way I'll agree a clear timeline with you before anything starts.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the website is yours - the code, the content, and the domain. I never lock you in or hold your site hostage.

What do I need to provide before we start?

Your logo if you have one, some words about your business, and any photos, prices, or opening hours you want on the site. If you're missing bits, that's fine - I'll tell you exactly what I need and help you fill the gaps.

Can I update the site myself?

Where it makes sense I build in a simple admin panel so you can update text, images, products, or posts without touching code. And if you'd rather I handle it, that's what the monthly plan is for.

Can you manage the domain and hosting?

Yes. I can set up and manage your domain and hosting so you don't have to think about it. If you already have them, I'll work with what you've got.

Can you redesign my current website?

Absolutely. If your current site is slow, dated, or hard to update, I can rebuild it properly - keeping what works and fixing what doesn't.

Can you add bookings or payments?

Yes. Online bookings, deposits, and secure card payments are part of the Commerce & Booking package. The live Khaos Airsoft site runs a full booking system with Stripe payments.

Do you use WordPress or page builders?

No. Every site is custom-coded, which means it loads faster, is more secure, and isn't bloated with plugins. You get a site built around your business, not squeezed into a template.

Do you work with businesses outside Dublin?

I'm based in the Greater Dublin Area and that's my focus, but the work is done online - so if you're elsewhere in Ireland and it's a good fit, get in touch.

What happens after launch?

I handle the go-live, hosting setup, and any teething issues. After that you still deal directly with me - no ticket queues, no account managers. The monthly plan keeps everything updated and backed up.
